What simulators do you use?

We use the Golfzon Wave portable launch monitor & simulator for all bookings.

What if there is bad weather on the day of my event?

Eastern NC likes to throw us bogeys from time to time. We won't be able to set up if there is heavy rain, lightning, or high winds. We can reschedule your event or issue a rain check for a future event.

Can I add time to my event if our booking is coming to an end?

We get it… we hate to see the fun end too. As long as we don’t have another booking right after your event we are happy to accommodate a longer round. Additional hours are charged at $125 per hour.

What if I don’t have any golf clubs?

Not to worry. We supply a full set of left and right hand adult regular flex shaft clubs and the balls for every event. We even keep junior clubs in the truck so everyone is covered. All you have to bring are the players.

How much space is needed for the simulator tent and what do I need to do to prep the location?

Our inflatable Sim tent will need a cleared location at least 12 feet wide and 20 feet long, with 12 feet of top clearance. We will lay down turf flooring in addition to our hitting mats. Hard surfaces (driveways/interior flooring/tile) should be swept or blown clean prior to setup. Outdoor lawns and areas should be clean from yard or pet waste and be flat in nature to provide the best golf experience for your event.

Can the simulator be set up inside?

For sure!! As long as you have the space we are happy to bring the party inside or dodge the weather.

How is the simulator powered?

We bring up to 150 feet of black extensions cords to every event to keep our rigs powered up. For more remote locations we have the ability to run the event from a small, quiet gas generator.
